Drawing on a wealth of 24+ years of experience working for some of the largest and most diversified companies in the MENA region where I have either (a) setup F&B companies from scratch (b) successfully franchised or introduced top brands from Asia, Europe and North America or (c) worked on business turnaround strategies by identifying missed opportunities. I have therefore setup a boutique advisory/consultancy service where I focus on the following areas: ►Representing investors and existing operators looking to either launch in the region or expand an existing business by introducing new franchises and/or JV's ►Working with underperforming businesses requiring a SWOT analysis to prepare a turnaround strategy ►Supporting businesses which are looking to expand in the region in hiring operational and back office support capability, leasing requirements, logistics and financial business planning
