We also aim to provide full and proper training and support on every system we install. Kandu Installations offers a 5-year warranty on all our work, in addition to any warranty available from the manufacturers. We offer this on our installs because we believe that quality craftsmanship should last a lifetime. Our customers are not just a number to us and will not be treated as such. With over twenty-five years of experience in the industry, we have the knowledge and ability to uphold our motto of "Customer Satisfaction Guaranteed!" It is our goal as a company to ensure that all of our employees are well trained in the systems they are installing and that they are certified in industry related fields, such as BICSI and NICET. Work place safety is also a high priority. Using tools properly and as designed greatly reduces the risk of injury. Kandu Installations offers in house training on the proper use, maintenance, and storage of relevant tools and equipment. We also offer training on safe work practices. It is required that every Kandu Installations employee be OSHA certified. Kandu Installations is a proud member of the IBEW (International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers) Union. As a Data/Com Union shop, our customers can rest assured that they are getting the best craftsmanship available. The IBEW is leading the way with educational and training opportunities it offers to its members. Kandu Installations is fully insured.
