Let’s put your curiosity to rest - 1. Kakkoii is not a made-up word, but we know you’ll make up a weird meaning or pronunciation anyway 2. The Ks do not link us to Ekta Kapoor or Karan Johar 3. It is also not kawaii spelt wrong, although, we are very kawaii Kakkoii means to be ‘cool’, ‘with the zeitgeist’, and ‘trendsetting’. It’s Japanese slang, so that should tell you how cultured we are. We think if something (a brand, web series, visual identity digital content or film) isn’t kakkoii enough, it will become irrelevant. We are a strategy-first company (somewhere between a sensei and a magician), thus, we don’t do things thoughtlessly. Kakkoii is also a collector of things rarer than titanium and gold; they’re called clarity, simplicity, and smart and cool ideas. With these, we build brands and run campaigns, all with reasoning and creativity, and with no need for validation (no one in our team says, or will say, "just one trophy, please! Just one. I'll die without it. My career is a failure if I don't get an award from my industry peers." We want our work to go viral, and be popular. We want to win awards too. There's nothing wrong with fame. But we don't have a lust for it. ). We are brand builders and against scam ads or campaigns. We are always looking to bring more collaborators and full-time lunch buddies to the table.
