KT Modules is a team of approx. 100 experienced and passionate 𝐜𝐫𝐚𝐟𝐭𝐬𝐦𝐞𝐧 𝐨𝐟 𝐦𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐥𝐚𝐫 𝐛𝐮𝐢𝐥𝐝𝐢𝐧𝐠𝐬, who have specialized expertise in bringing complex architectural visions to life 𝐚𝐜𝐫𝐨𝐬𝐬 𝐄𝐮𝐫𝐨𝐩𝐞. We provide the full-scope delivery of complex projects, starting from design, to materials and production. Every month we are capable to deliver up to 200 completed modules. So far we have implemented projects in Sweden, Norway, Finland, Denmark, Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Germany, France Spain, Portugal, Island, and Georgia. The professional sales team is very good at getting the client's vision and making it structured, which later with the assistance of our talented architects, designers, engineers, and constructors is turned into a solution. We aim to be the best quality provider of modular buildings. Therefore our 𝐬𝐮𝐬𝐭𝐚𝐢𝐧𝐚𝐛𝐥𝐞 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐝𝐮𝐜𝐭𝐢𝐨𝐧 𝐚𝐧𝐝 𝐪𝐮𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 𝐦𝐚𝐧𝐚𝐠𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭 are compliant with international ISO, OHSAS, and EN standards, all follow LEAN practices that utilize the Swedish IRP performance system. The advanced engineering competence so far has resulted in 𝟏𝟎 𝐩𝐢𝐨𝐧𝐞𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐧𝐠 𝐑&𝐃 𝐩𝐫𝐨𝐣𝐞𝐜𝐭𝐬 to the modular market. We created a fully TEK-17 compliant steel module and are the first in Lithuania to offer leased modules.
