Direct awards to ANC 8(a) participants generally cannot be protested, which may save a contracting officer weeks of uncertainty before project start up. Our internal PMO training division supports staff development in everything from USACE processes, three-phase quality control, RMS, and scheduling as well as a multitude of additional critical training needs.
