I began KILT Real Estate group in order to provide the experience and service I expected when making what is a massive life decision. After helping countless people buy, sell, invest in, and remodel/build homes I saw that surprisingly there were gaps in the process, and not a great deal of transparency. I found myself spending most my time focused on informing people on all the elements in the process, in order to provide peace of mind and ensuring a smooth journey to closing. Throughout my life training teams and working with clients all over the world I have frequently used an old acronym KLT - Know, Like, Trust.
