Facilities Manager for the ABC Broadcast Center in San Francisco. I have managed the Vendor groups in the building which includes Building Maintenance, Janitorial, Telecom, Building and Special Event Security and Landscaping. I manage the Mailroom operations and the Switchboard operations. Additionally, I oversee all building tenant improvement construction and prepare the Capital and Expense budgets. Some of the larger projects that I have managed include the installation of a 1500KW Generator, installation of a new roof, installation of an underground diesel storage tank, installation of two roof top chillers and various department moves.
