Established in the 1930s, Keepmoat Homes specializes in building houses for first- and second-time buyers throughout Yorkshire, The Midlands, North East, and North West of England. Staying away from building luxury homes with fancy living rooms and chandeliers, the homebuilder's business strategy is to instead work with local councils, regeneration partners, and other local affiliates to build affordable homes in line with government policies. Keepmoat constructs about 1,800 houses each year with prices ranging between £70,000 and £260,000 ($108,000 and $405,000), mostly building in older communities that have seen better days. The subsidiary of Keepmoat Ltd operates five regional offices in England.
