Keep Winter Haven Clean & Beautiful (KWHCB) organizational purpose is to encourage individuals to take greater responsibility and action to enhance their community environment. By inspiring citizens to act regularly to improve the overall quality of life in their community through neighborhood and lake cleanup, revitalization and beautification projects, and allowing for protection and preservation of natural resources.
KWHCB’s objective is to educate individuals about litter prevention; ways to reduce, recycle, reuse, and properly manage waste materials.
