KDH Residential Designs,LLC designs homes and remodeling projects to best match our clients lifestyle to thier house. We work hard to make sure to design around the items that are most important to our clients. We design homes in a way to reduce the amount of waste and overall material used to build the home. We also can work with the builder to specify green features and products into our designs that fit into the overall budget The Owner of KDH Residential Designs, Kevin Holdridge, is a Professional Member of the American Institute of Building Design and sits on the North Carolina Society Board as the Secretary. He has also received his Certified Green Professional (CGP) designation through the National Association of Home Builders. As a member of the Home Builders Association of Charlotte he is active on the Remodelor's Council, Associate Council, and Green Building Council. He has also received his Lead Renovation, Repair and Painting Certification through the HBA of Charlotte. Before owning his residential design firm he worked as a draftsman, designer, and manager for a large firm in the Charlotte area for 14 years. There he worked on projects in Florida, South Carolina, Tennessee, Georgia, and North Carolina. Prior to moving to the Charlotte area he was an estimator and supervisor for a construction company. While with the construction company he gained hands-on experience in the building industry which comes through in his designs and construction drawings today.
