KC Cottrell was established in 1973 by the name of Korea Cottrell and listed on the KRX (Korea Exchange) in 1994 as the first environmental company in Korea.
In March 2005, the company has merged Lodge Cottrell based in Birmingham, UK established in 1913. The root of Lodge Cottrell can be traced back to the previous century when Sir. Oliver Lodge made his first attempt to separate dust and ash particles from flue gas.
