Juli Clifford Compass

Juli, a Philadelphia transplant, has been calling Arlington her home since 1989. Her family instilled a strong work ethic in her - if you made a commitment, you honored that commitment. Before starting her career in real estate, Juli owned and operated a successful catering business called Juli Lieberman Fine Catering. Her catering business won the year 2000 Small Business of the Year Award from the Arlington Chamber of Commerce. Additionally, Juli opened a local restaurant in Arlington called Café Café which was reviewed and written up by The Washington Post and many local publications. Juli gave back to her community through her restaurant by providing weekly dinners to the local fire station. Customer service was always the major focus of her businesses and she always strived for excellence in all her endeavors. Juli wanted her next challenge to be in real estate, so in 2010 she was asked to join a team as a buyer’s agent. Juli learned how to do business the right and ethical way through her mentor. After a short time with the team, Juli knew it was time for her to break out and launch her own real estate business. Juli saw the revolution of real estate coming and knew her focus was going to be web-based with an emphasis on social media. With her strong customer service ethic, Juli knows the importance of delivering exceptional customer service to each client. Once she uncovers the goals of her clients, she provides solutions that get maximum results for her clients.
