Founded in 1982, Jubilee Engineering has grown to encompass a variety of technical, professional and administrative staff who serve a diverse client base that includes various levels of local government and private developers. Jubilee Engineering has established itself as a leader in the design, construction and contract administration of municipal engineering projects. Our services include infrastructure design, stormwater management and erosion and sediment control, in addition to reports, budgeting and other consulting and advisory functions.
