Matt Jones (C.P.T, L.M.T) has a decade long history in elite youth coaching and is excited to bring his knowledge and expertise to a broader market. Most athletes can benefit from spending one-on-one time with a trainer to make sure the efforts of their training actually serve to benefit their outcomes. Matt ensures that all of his athletes, whether elite or just getting started, have the support and focus they need to meet their goals.
