Recruitment startup Jobla taps in to the growing problem of large and popular employers receiving massive volumes of job applications each year, by offering a service and process to handle the 99,9% of job seekers that didn't get the job.
With a unique matchmaking algorithm Jobla provides a pioneer online service to rejected job seekers, matching their profile and preferences with job culture and employer value propositions of major Swedish employers. The service vastly improves the recruiting process job seekers experience at the popular employers, confirming and strengthening those companies' employer brand. The fundamental idea is that a person not suited at one employer is a potential star at another employer just down the street.
Jobla is founded by the employer branding duett Tommie Cau och Daniel Sonesson, former specialists with employer branding firm Universum and founders of brand consultant Goodwicket.
