Job Tov, a job placement agency, specializes in employee placement at different levels, for varying periods of time, for managed services, for outsourcing services and for project management. Founded in 1985, Job Tov was created by the Tel Aviv Univeristy (TAU) Student Union in order to help students and graduates to find jobs in, integrate into and succesfully develop Israel's leading companies. Our clients include companies in the area of: Finance & Banking; Marketing & Business Development;Hi-Tech & Telecommunications; Industry & Engineering; and Biotech. Because we have direct access to the students on Tel Aviv campus and others, we have a large pool of candidates to work with and can therefore find employees and employment which best match the qualifications needed by the individual companies and equally match the needs of the individual who is looking for work. As a company founded by students and still privately owned by the Student Union of TAU, we see ourselves as being responsible for the fair and appropriate employment of our candidates and act, in all respects, to assure that every placement is a perfect match.
