Jina Ventures is a global investment firm focused on privately-held technology companies. Jina Ventures Fund I was a 2006 vintage fund with 14 investments and 14 exits by 2013. In addition to managing a successful fund, Jina Ventures has also advised Novartis Venture Fund on its exit of Swiss Pharma Contract to Covance Inc; as well as assisted in the spin-out of Kleiner Perkins India to form Lightbox; and the spin-out of DFJ India to NewQuest Capital Partners. Jina Ventures was a pioneer of secondary portfolio transactions in Asia.
