The Employability and Personal Development Training for the unemployed focuses on the skills required for successful job searching from interview techniques to CV building, as well as confidence-building and financial advice. For employers, JTM offer a free recruitment service to help you find your ideal Apprentice or Trainee, a range of nationally recognised qualifications to deliver to your existing staff, and an opportunity to create an Employability Skills programme to match you company’s recruitment needs.
