Jani Homes

Jani Homes provides nurturing, supported accommodation for young people aged 16-25, including care leavers, asylum seekers and homeless young people. Our key aim is to deliver outstanding services to ensure young people develop the skills and have the support needed to move on successfully into independent living. We offer a range of services designed to meet the individual needs of young people, according to the level of support that they need from 24 hour intense support in a one-to-one or group setting, to floating support delivered in the community, as well as educational support. We understand the unique needs of vulnerable young people and recognise that that the circumstances under which young people come to us can be challenging and destabilising. We know that the provision of accommodation alone is not enough to ensure that young people with complex needs make a successful transition into independence.
