Janders Dean was an independent consultancy founded in 2007 by industry veteran Justin North. The company’s core areas of expertise focused primarily on providing strategic and operational advisory services within the legal sector. Our clients included a number of leading law firms and in-house legal functions in the United Kingdom, the United States, Africa, Latin America, and the Asia Pacific region. We exited pre-pandemic with the brand being acquired by a Blackrock backed US-based ALSP. Having done their time, the original team have moved on and can now be found reinventing the law again at Pickering Pearce - the new Janders Dean.
