Jams (Iran Crowdsourcing Group) was founded at 2011 and is mainly focused on three areas in crowdsourcing context: (1) Consultant (Business consultant), (2) Research and (3) Education and training.
In the first area Jams have several practical projects at different sectors that the two important ones include: (1) Iran Industrial Management Institute Consultant Network (IMICN) that can be visited at http://shams.imi.ir/ (in Persian) and (2) crowdsourcing idea system at one the most important social-cultural institute of Iran.
In the second area ICG published several articles at scientific Conf. and Iranian journals and also the first crowdsouring book in Iran (Keshtkar M., Pishvaee M.S., Mohammadi A.S., (2011). Crowdsourcing: The driver of new business, IMI, Tehran).
ICG also focuses on the following markets according to its strategic plan:
1- Financial institutes and banks (for Crowd-funding services)
2- Telecommunication firms (for Micro-tasking services)
3- Manufactures and producers of consumer (end-user) goods (for Crowd-marketing and Crowd-creation services)
4- Large-size industrial firms such as the ones exist at the upstream of oil supply chain (for the services related to Enterprise 2.0, C&D, …)
