Jamdeo is a joint venture between Flextronics International and Hisense Group. Started in January of 2012, Jamdeo uses a unique blend of system level software expertise and user-centered design to deliver a compelling Android based platform to smart product manufacturers. Jamdeo is addressing the global need for an end-to-end software experience for Connected Home and Device Convergence (SmartTVs, Set-Top-Boxes, Smartphones & Tablets). Headquartered in Oakville, Canada, with a regional development and support center in Qingdao, China, Jamdeo debuted their software with Hisense and plan to continue innovating its technology to include the management of content within the device ecosystem of products.
