JSW Ventures is an early-stage institutional venture capital fund investing in technology companies building innovative solutions that leverage India's demographic dividend, consumption drivers, and technological advancements. The first fund was launched in 2016 and is now in its second fund journey of investing across pre-Series A, Series A and Series B stages. Portfolio companies include companies like Purplle, HomeLane, HealthPlix, and Zvolv. The second fund is investing across B2B and B2C platforms in Consumer, Healthcare, Financial Services, and Agriculture industries. The fund will also make investments in emerging Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies from India that service the global market. JSW Ventures aim to create a strategic partnership with portfolio companies that goes beyond mere capital infusion. The team of highly experienced professionals and distinguished advisory board across finance, healthcare, and legal domains provide extensive value add to portfolio companies in developing growth strategies, improving financial functions and building product roadmaps.
