Our research is complex, because the needs are increasingly more demanding, multiple and specific, and the response must be appropriate, and cannot be based on market segments, but must be instead “on target", focusing on the individual person.
We all know that you are looking for more and more from your holiday; wellness and serenity, and to be able to break away from everyday life by immersing yourself in a relaxing and enjoyable dimension. Well-being can no longer come from generalist principles, or from flat and uniform standards. What people are looking for and what we want to offer is true well-being for everyone, even for those who have not been on vacation for a very long time. Expectations are diverse, for example for those who always enjoy fresh vegetable extract, or for the sportsman who wants to stay active on vacation. For the celiac baby who is gluten intolerant. For those who suffer from back pain and do not sleep well if the mattress is not rigid enough. For those who find the greatest achievement by reading a book under the stars or sipping a drink at sunset.
Our sense of hospitality is the answer to these questions. Or rather, it is the very essence of our research, which never stops and makes us so dynamic, fluid, and ever projected towards innovation and mindful of new trends.
The answer to these questions comes, every day, from the people who work in our hotels. From the chefs in the kitchen who spend their lives experimenting above a hot stove, to the reception staff who welcomes guests upon arrival. From the housekeeping staff, which makes the rooms perfect every morning, to the masseuse, who gives a moment of happiness through his hands. From the director, who is the “deus ex machina”, the ultimate problem solver of every area of the hotel, to the local coach, who focuses on opportunities outside of the hotel or resort to enable the guest to discover the splendor of the surrounding territories. Everyone, in his own way, works with one goal in mind: To meet the demands of the customer with a smile and to respond to needs and expectations, with promptness, sincerity and attentive care.
Thanks to our ten-year experience as operators in the hotel management industry, we have advanced skills that enable us to manage very different assets, diversifying our products and enhancing their special characteristics, from boutique hotels to congress centers, from resorts to luxury segment. And we do this in collaboration with the most prestigious international brands, such as Hilton, Marriott, Radisson Blu, Holiday Inn.
