JNE Partners LLP is an FCA registered investment adviser based in London. The firm is a spin out from MSD Partners LP, the investment firm formed by the partners of MSD Capital, LP, which exclusively manages the assets of Michael S. Dell and his family. Our core principle is to buy securities at substantial discounts to intrinsic value. Investments are typically concentrated, unlevered, long biased and made with a long-term horizon. We employ a fundamental, value-based philosophy that targets a concentrated portfolio of equity and debt securities. Investments are made in both public and private markets, across a range of geographies with a focus on Europe. We believe this approach will preserve capital and outperform the market over a series of market cycles, as it did over 12 years within MSD.
