Coaching
With a fine-tuned process and a variety of assessments, we coach executives, individuals, and groups or teams to acknowledge and overcome roadblocks that have kept them from moving forward. We will discuss with you the appropriate length of each coaching engagement and how best to meet with the coaching client -- in person or virtually.
Professional Training and Facilitation
We have a catalog of leadership workshops, ready-made with reputable established tools for diagnosis and improvement. We also work with instructional designers who can help you sort through your specific needs and develop customized, highly interactive, challenging content for your team. Virtual training is also available.
