The founder, Late Shri Dalpathrai Manekchand Shah recognized the growing need of Steel Plates and Profiles in the engineering industry. From the beginning as a supplier of varied steel products the company now currently positions itself as leading stockiest of the Iron and Steel Plates and various other Hot rolled steel products. In this journey of Four decades, the company under the leadership of the founder himself and his two dynamic sons Mr. Deepak Shah and Mr. Kamlesh Shah witnessed exponential growth, starting its operation in a small unit in Bombay Talkies Compound (Malad) to currently 3 big scale units in Darukhana, Kalamboli and Bhayender. Through constant interaction with end consumers, engineering units, and industry experts, the trio identified the absence of plate profiles amongst various grades.
