It's What's Next IT is the UK's first IT support company that happens to be a social enterprise.
We provide managed IT support services to small and medium sized businesses in Milton Keynes and the surrounding area. Our goal is to provide proactive, reliable, IT services to business owners and their teams — we strive to make IT "fade into the background", making it a reliable feature of your business that's only there to support your day-to-day work. IT shouldn't be fussy or expensive — it should "just work".
What makes us special is that, as a social enterprise, we employ people who are traditionally disadvantaged in the workforce, e.g. care leavers, ex-services personnel, neurodiverse individuals, and so on. We bring vulnerable people into the business as apprentices. We provide that individual with a safe space to learn about IT, and to recover from the challenges they've faced, and we pay them a living wage. After this, we offer them two years training to turn them into exceptional IT professionals, and then they graduate into the business to help the next group coming through, or they go off into industry.
In terms of our IT support, we believe in fully managed IT services, with proactive 24/7 monitoring and planned maintenance. We kick off our work with clients with a full IT audit, and an initial scoping session where we jointly design a 36 month IT plan. We keep this plan updated with quarterly review sessions to make sure your IT is always aligned with your business objectives.
We want to keep your data and systems safe from intentional and unintentional damage and loss. We offer unrestricted 8am to 8pm support Monday to Friday. We don't lock you in either -- all our managed IT support contracts are on a rolling three-months basis, and we keep our pricing keen.
