Island Health & Fitness is newly renovated resort style family oriented gym located at 5750 E. Los Angeles Ave. in East Simi Valley in the Stone Gate Plaza on the corner of Yosemite Ave. & E. Los Angeles Ave. The fitness center includes all brand new top-of-the-line strength training equipment and every single piece of cardio equipment with embedded TV screens. Additional amenities include a private personal training studio for clients that feel more comfortable in a more secluded environment, small group training, group fitness classes, kids club, spin classes, dance classes, dry saunas, and luxurious locker rooms!
