Ipelele Ngwao is a heritage revitalization organization dedicated to ensuring the documentation, preservation and celebration of the linguistic and cultural diversity in Botswana through the use of visual communication and digital media. At Ipelele Ngwao, we believe that the languages that we document and ‘’bank’’ now will make possible a new period of cultural renaissance among our people, and inevitably may produce the spark that inspires the community to begin the process of language revival and maintenance.’’.
