Iosa Ghini Associates has offices in Bologna and in Milan, where architects, engineers and designers of different nationalities work together. Since 1990 it has established an international practice with a worldwide reputation, managing projects for large groups and developers such us CMC Group, Oko Group and Prelios Sgr. The professional development of the society grows in the design of residentials, commercial and office buildings, hospitality, exhibition and museum areas, structures dedicated to public transport, and design of worldwide retail chain stores including Ferrari Stores in Europe and Kiko Stores. Among the most recent main projects are the collaboration with the Cremonini Group Chef Express for motorway and airport areas, the recent electric transport line People Mover in Bologna, IBM Rome Software Lab in Rome and the Brickell Flatiron residential building in Miami, projects under construction of Starhotels E.C.HO. inside the Fico Park. Massimo Iosa Ghini has been awarded international prices, among which Good Design Award, Roscoe Award, IAI Green Design Award, iF Product Design Award and Red Dot Award. Iosa Ghini, appointed Ambassador of Italian Design and Red Dot Network, Active Member of Leonardo Committee, in 2015 received the Marconi Award for Creativity.
