Investments Hardware Limited (IHL) is a Canadian family-owned and operated business dedicated to customer service excellence since 1985. Originally, IHL was established by Nick De Giorgio as an extension and a supply base for his framing business. Currently, the IHL main outlet and head offices are located at 250 Rowntree Dairy Rd. The impressive space includes a 100,000-square-foot warehouse, and a 40,000-square-foot showroom, set to meet all the needs of the construction professional underneath one roof. We have added a second location in 2022 located at 3560 7th line in Innisfil Ontario and plan to be opening up more locations and distribution centres. Our objective is to be the industry leader in every aspect of our business by consistently focusing on our customers’ needs. Optimum pricing is just one way that IHL meets customer satisfaction. IHL must stay on top of global changes in raw materials pricing, ever-changing market trends as well as precarious international trade regulations. To perform this complex set of tasks, we have hired the best and invested time in training them to be even better, all in their respective fields. Today, IHL is a rising youthful organization. We have reinvested in state-of-the-art information technology to streamline processes between our suppliers, warehousing, sales, marketing and customer service.
