Inver Grove Heights Schools

ISD 199, or Inver Grove Heights Schools, is a thriving and growing district with nearly 3,655 early learning through 12th grade students in six schools. Recently, the district updated its strategic plan to emphasize data and inclusivity. The updated strategic plan emphasizes: -Embracing and utilizing the strengths and experience of our staff. -Creating clear and achievable outcomes for all staff members. -Clarifying roles and responsibilities for all staff members. -Seeking to further unite and inspire the community’s students, staff, families, and residents. Our mission is "Inspire. Innovate. Excel. A Community Commitment." and we are looking for staff who exemplify these attitudes every day.
