Intouniversity

IntoUniversity is an award-winning charity that runs local learning centres which provide an education programme that addresses underachievement and social exclusion. We target children and young people most at risk of failing to meet their potential to go to university due to economic, social, cultural, or linguistic disadvantage. IntoUniversity provides practical learning support and motivational and confidence-building activities for children and young people aged 7-18. We currently have 25 centres across England. IntoUniversity is an on-going and long-term service: at the heart of the programme is the belief that underachievement is best addressed in the context of a long-term pastoral engagement with young people where we can build their esteem and support their learning in order that they can reach their potential.
