Intesia Group Holding GmbH, based in Böblingen near Stuttgart, specialises in international facility management (FM). The company currently manages 1500 real estate locations with 7 million m² of space in several European countries. The trademark of Intesia is the Intesia Method, which includes the analysis of potential as well as the conception, implementation and control of FM processes. Other core elements of the Intesia method are the creation of transparency, absolute independence from FM service partners and the flexibility of the scope of services, which clients can use for consulting, the control of FM sub-processes or for complete FM management, depending on their needs. The client gains transparency through the development of an individual data pool that is comparable across several countries. A solid basis for cost optimisation and quality assurance, which is created by IT-supported preparation of the data in the individual countries. Intesia Group remains independent by not carrying out the individual FM trades such as waste management, building cleaning or facility maintenance itself, but by advising and accompanying its clients in infrastructural, technical and commercial FM. In this way, it can ensure, free of its own interests, that the sub-service providers it uses meet the specified benchmarks point by point. The group is represented by its own national companies in Germany, Italy, France, Austria, Slovakia and the Czech Republic, and also has country offices in Switzerland, Luxembourg and Poland.
