Allen Jenkins, son of founder Ken Jenkins, joined the company in 2002 after starting his career in consumer products as part of an Advanced Product Development Team. Allen has a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering and maintains a PE license for the State of TN. In 2012, Allen became President of IMC and Ken began enjoying retirement.
