International Salon Culinaire has continued to be regarded as one of the world’s top competitions for chefs for over a century and is open to chefs of all levels.
The competition is comprised of varying categories from hot and cold cooking and skills competitions, including Live Theatre, Salon Display, Skills Theatre and Sugarcraft, showcasing the tremendous skills and talent within our industry.
The competition takes place during Hotel, Restaurant & Catering (HRC) at ExCel, London. This year’s competition line-up will have over 100 different competition classes including some exciting new live competitions with themes that reflect the challenges in today’s hospitality sector.
