International Mercantile Company (Imco)

IMCO started as a spice trading company in 1962 in Singapore by its founder, Late Shri Lalitrai Belawala (Timbadia) who passed away in 2008. Under his stewardship, the company grew to a truly international trading establishment sourcing and distributing the full range of spices worldwide. Headquartered in Singapore, the main office actively oversees the finance and trade flows, risk management operations and strategy formulations of the whole group. The group also encompasses several procurement and processing plants in Indonesia, Ethiopia, Uganda and Gabon. It also continues to trade in several spices and commodities.
