International Building Systems (IBS) Company for Contracting is a subsidiary of the Nesma Group of Companies. IBS was established in 1410H (January 1990G)under Saudi C.R. No. 4030070375, initially to undertake building construction projects. Since then, thanks to the experience gained from diversified activities, it has built its reputation in the civil, mechanical and electrical fields, as well as high quality woodworks and furniture manufacturing. IBS has been continuously growing with time and sees the potential to grow further using the latest technology and know-how. IBS has executed and completed on time a large number of projects in both private and public sectors, all over the Kingdom. IBS is a member of Jeddah Chamber of Commerce (No. 33292), registered under the Saudi Ministry of Public Works (No. 9828) as a Level-II Contractor, certified by Saudi ARAMCO and Madinah Central Area Committee; the company is further registered with SABIC, SCECO, and other Organizations, and as such it has been successfully operating in Saudi Arabia for the last 19 years. Presently IBS consists of three main Divisions: :: General Construction General construction is our core business. Our buildings portfolio is diverse, bringing added value to every commercial, institutional, educational and residential project. :: Electro Mechanical IBS is experienced in understanding internal layouts for all electrical and mechanical needs in a building, in order to create a best-fit solution for the building electro-mechanical requirements. In particular IBS is highly proficient in ventilation, air conditioning and cooling systems, but also in water pumps, water tanks, fire pumps and electrical and lighting systems. :: Joinery Workshop In IBS the coupling of traditional skills and values with technical innovations contribute to one of the most comprehensive customized joinery providers in the market.
