Integration Engineering (IE) was founded on a simple concept; provide the client with an engineered solution that works. There are many recipes for success but when you work in a service industry nothing removes you from the expectation that you must provide service. In the world of engineering services that expectation is driven by the client and then fulfilled by the service provider. By managing the expectations of the client and aligning the objective for the design with the goals of the project success can be accomplished.
Engineering in today's market has become viewed by many as a commodity product that can be obtained by anyone with the same level of success. This concept devalues the client relationship, the support of the project objective, and can even influence the final product. At IE we believe that only through alignment with the project objective and fully understanding the client’s expectations can a relationship be developed that provides a long term productive relationship. If the service being provided does not meet this challenge, then the exchange is devalued to the point where the client can never be satisfied.
