The Institute for Healthy Living is a clinical psychology practice in Bondi Junction, servicing the Eastern Suburbs of Sydney. We are passionate about helping people overcome the challenges that keep them from living a full and rewarding life. Our clinical psychologists are dedicated to helping their clients achieve change and healing. Our team are experienced at working with individuals at every life stage. We have particularly strong experience supporting people who are dealing with mood disorders, anxiety disorders, disordered eating, body image concerns, emotion regulation difficulties (experiencing intense feelings and reactions), relationship challenges, work and study stress, perfectionism, fertility issues, parenting issues, sexuality, and more. All of our psychologists are fully accredited and university trained. They have each completed Bachelors, Honours, and Masters degrees in psychology and clinical psychology; totalling a minimum of six years of training per psychologist. We use only empirically supported evidence-based treatments. This means our treatment approaches have been scientifically developed and tested, and have repeatedly been shown to be effective.
