Explorers by nature, curious by principle, creative by norm, we developed the instinct to innovate. Founded in 2012, in Lisbon, Instinct was one of the first innovation agencies in Portugal. With a customer-centric approach, Instinct helps companies shift their focus: Understanding customers before strategy, thinking about a solution before technology and, above all, testing before investing. Instinct’s mission is inspire managers by increasing their knowledge of the companies leading the new economy. We believe that the future is what we do today.
