Instalmec

Founded in 1979 Instalmec is a leading company in the design, production and installation of recycled wood cleaning systems, plants for the production of PB, MDF and OSB panels. Consisting of two production sites in San Giorgio di Nogaro (UD), it represents a consolidated reality in the international market and a reference for companies in the field of wood-based panel production. The key to its success is the respect of the environment, since the cleaning plants for recycled wood allow the recovery of this precious raw material, thus reducing the consumption of virging wood and therefore resulting in a real preservation of the environment. Our work starts with a preliminary study of the flow-sheet and from the evaluation of the technical solution proposed, passing to the development of a layout up to the design and manufacturing of the individual machines of the plant, their connections, the pneumatic transport, to end with the assembly and, whenever necessary, the service . We operate also on existing systems, performing revamping projects. Our clients are mainly international companies, specialized in their field, hence they demand from us highly qualified working procedures and standards of design, which the market recognizes us and appreciates.
