Inspiragua

InspirAgua is a Blue Deal program facilitating collaboration between Colombia and the Netherlands in water governance. Under the name of the Dutch Water Authorities (DWA) we work on national level and within 5 regional clusters to improve water quality and water quantity through water management. The focus is on 5 themes: application of the monitoring and knowledge cycle to enhance decision-making, workable and enforceable permit systems, improvement of wastewater treatment, preparedness for crisis situations and alignment of policy and plans.
