Innovative Process Equipment Innovative Process Equipment (originally Steve Mizerak Solutions, LLC) was founded in 2008 by Steve Mizerak. After a successful career in industrial weighing equipment working for major scale manufacturer's and distributors, Steve decided the time was right to branch out on his own. Steve's appetite for manufacturing technology and equipment led expansion of Innovative Process Equipment from just another local scale company onward into the material handling and color measurement arenas. Over time spent in the scale industry the relationships Steve developed with his customers always let to the question, "what else does your company offer" and the idea for Innovative Process Equipment was born.
