Inner Peace Yoga Therapy

Inner Peace Yoga Therapy was founded in 2009 and began offering 300-hour Yoga Therapy training courses for yoga teachers and health professionals in 2010. Our program is one that honors and includes the teachings from a variety of yoga and spiritual traditions and yet ties those teachings together to provide a solid framework which empowers our trained yoga therapists to work with the unique individuals who seek their help. As a modular program, students can choose to take the full path toward an 800-hour certification or enrich their current yoga teaching credentials with our 300-hour Level 1 course, becoming a Registered Yoga Teacher at the 500 hour level.
