My abiding philosophy is that our best version of ourself is often hidden beneath layers of assumptions, limiting beliefs, fears, filters and low quality thinking. I work with individuals, teams or organisations to discover hidden potential that is waiting to be released, and facilitate strategies/plans to bring these possibilities to the surface.
A coaching programme at individual level (what I would refer to as the first direction) is normally between three and six thinking events, bound by the ICF Code of Ethics.
Programmes at team or organisation level (second and third directions) can be entirely tailored to suit the needs of the client.
