Infrastructure Engineering Inc. (IEI) is an African American-owned, full-service civil engineering firm with more than 170 talented professionals and offices in Chicago, Indianapolis, Peoria, Detroit, New York, Newark, Houston, and Atlanta. IEI is MBE and DBE certified. We deliver civil and structural engineering solutions for complex highway, roadway, streetscape, bridge, water management, mass transit, and airport projects. IEI provides design engineering, program management, and construction engineering services. We began as a two-person office, and for more than 25 years, we have grown to partner with our clients on vital and high-profile projects, earning a reputation for INGENUITY.
