Infosec Foundation

Infosec Foundation is a nonprofit platform dedicated to cyber security and working on a collaborative framework to blend users, manufacturer, police, government, providers, policy makers and other respective stakeholders. The mission of Infosec Foundation, i.e. of building awareness about cyber-security was born through ground level working in IT and consulting sector by us and other associates and partner of ours. From the beginning, it was clear that this mission needs interdisciplinary approach and it can be said that for last five years, we have been working on this building of awareness through various forms. One of the methods was to collaborate with various Government agencies who are working in this area, especially policing and law enforcement. What started as some kind of loose and semi-formal initiatives some five years back started to crystallize and a not for-profit Trust called Infosec Foundation was born, registered as per the Trusts Act of 1882 by the then Government of India. The formal legal entity follows the standard pattern of a Trust as laid down by the law of the land with a group of advisors and associates from diverse domains and areas with distinction in their respective fields.
