Infinity Fuel Cell & Hydrogen, inc. is an advanced technology company developing innovative fuel cells and electrochemical devices for aerospace and other challenging missions. Infinity specializes in the development of air-independent hydrogen/oxygen fuel cells for applications in space, near space, and underwater environments. Infinity's patented fuel cell architecture was developed under a NASA phase-3 SBIR and the technology developed has resulted in a very robust fuel cell capable of zero G, orientation-independent operation. Infinity's Advanced Product Water Removal (APWR) design eliminates virtually all of the balance of plant blowers and pumps associated with older flow-through technology. This improves reliability and saves weight and volume in applications where this is critically important. Infinity is a 2011 R&D 100 Award winner along with the NASA Glenn Research Center for the development of this advanced fuel cell architecture.
